SATURDAY
We left for Los Angeles early on Saturday morning. Once we got there we hit the La Brea Tar Pits. Amazing!! If you ever go to Disneyland, you must check out this museum.
They are still today (and probably will forever) be pulling things out of the tar pits. Here the paleontologists are cleaning some of the finds.
The tar will sprout up anywhere ... the parking lots, the lawn area.

So we thought that maybe we could sneek Brody in and let him go by himself.

Apparently not, they kicked him off and put him in a holding cell.
Luckily, they let him go on the next round with Chris.

We left pretty early (6:30 am) so we could get back to Marley. Here Brody is playing with his new toys he purchased from Disneyland.
We had the best time ever. A BIG thank you goes out to the Shumways and to the parents for watching Marley ... we will never forget this trip!

oh my gosh this made my day. i wish i could've gone! i love the picture of dannon asleep in the stroller. That is classic. I can't believe how big those boys are getting. All of it looks like so much fun. You and Chris are probably the coolest parents ever.

Wow! Looks like a blast. I was wondering where Marley was in the pictures! As much as you missed her, I bet it was much easier not having her at Disneyland.

How fun!! I too was laughing seeing that picture of Brody in the holding cell. Classic! I really like Dannon's haircut also! Looks like you guys had a really fun time! I can't show Aaron the pictures because he is going to be so jealous!! :)
We love you guys so much! It was so great to have you here for the blessing. Then to go to Disneyland and California with you was a blast. Love all the pic's!
