Memorial Day Weekend

Jenn and Jeff came into town for the holiday. It was such a blast. I really should've just labeled this post "JENN!!" We love it when she's in town.

Jenn decided that Marley needed to take a few laps around the backyard to work on that womanly figure of hers.

I totally love this little table. I think everyone needs to have one.
Nothing like the taste of carpet.

We all brought our dogs over WAY too much. Sorry Mom.
Saturday we went on a little hike to Hidden Falls.
Yes, even Lucy came.

All the kids and Chris (he was really just in it so Cali could be in the picture) but let's face it, he really is one of the kids. :D Love you Chris!
Can I say beautiful?!

These two are so cute together!
High ho, high ho, it's off to work we go ...

At the Falls.
Awe, so cute!

She got a little sleepy.

On Memorial Day Jeff and my Dad went to the park behind their house and mowed out a baseball diamond for us to play on. The landscapers weren't too thrilled about the whole idea, but it was seriously awesome. The pics don't do it justice.

Recent Happenings

Sometimes when you give a kid a camera they can take some cool pics ... like this one.
And this one .... hahahaha!

Go Giants!!

Also courtesy of some kid.
and this one too ...
Cali's recent obsession - feet.

Took another over-nighter to Fresno to see these two beauties ... it was my grandmother's 80th birthday and here is my cousin's 1 week old baby, Charlie.

Bathtime was a blast. From left to right: Elizabeth, Marley, and Sadie
Cali waited patiently ... for most of bathtime.

You can't tell, but she was COVERED in pizza sauce. Pajamas and all ... and she just got out of the bath.
Have high hopes for this one
A visiting teacher brought this for me ... just about the most awesome v.t.ing gift ever. Potted herbs: rosemary, oregano, and thyme.
Mother's Day from my boys.
More thumb sucking
Our garden and picket fence in progress

And Marley's chubby hands and her latest love.

Fresno and some random pics ...

Like this one. But so cute. I love that Brody reads books to his younger siblings. He's such a good big brother.
My mom and I, along with my two girls, trekked down to Fresno for my grandpa's 85th birthday. It was a quick one-nighter trip and so worth it. We had a blast seeing all of the family. You know you like his candle.
Even though we may look it sometimes, we're hardly serious when we get together.

Look at that beautiful shawl.

Grandpa and my cousin, Matthew, soon to be missionary.

He's only 6 months older than Marley and his name is Max ... which suits him well.

Then one beautiful day we went to the park.

This one's for you Jenn
